Receive and find your tickets
Your tickets are issued as soon as payment is confirmed. You can find them at any time in “My tickets” in your account, with a QR code to show at the entrance. A confirmation email is also sent to you, but your tickets stay available even if it doesn't arrive.

I haven't received my email or my ticket
If you have received nothing, first check your spam folder, then sign in: your tickets are in “My tickets” as soon as payment is confirmed. If your order still can't be found after that, contact us with your order number.

Show your ticket and QR code at the entrance
Each ticket carries a personal QR code. At the entrance, the check-in agent scans it: the first scan is accepted, any later scan is refused. The QR code contains no personal data; it is only used to find your ticket in our system.

Transfer a ticket to someone you know
When the organizer allows transfers, you can send an unused ticket to someone you know from “My tickets”. The recipient must confirm their email address, the QR code is then renewed and the old one stops working. A transfer is not a resale.

Contact an event's organizer
For a question about an event's content (line-up, times, access, accessibility), contact the organizer: their contact details are on the event page and on their organizer page. For an order or payment issue, contact ShotEvents.

How to pay for your order securely
Payment is made on a secure page run by our provider Stripe. ShotEvents neither receives nor keeps your card number. The available payment methods appear at the payment step; your bank may ask for confirmation (3-D Secure).

Payment declined, failed or pending
If payment shows “pending”, don't pay again: we are checking your payment and your tickets arrive as soon as it is confirmed. If it failed, no ticket was issued; you can try again or choose another payment method as long as your reservation is active.

Understand your ticket prices and service fees
The total price is shown before payment: ticket prices, any service fees and the discount applied. Depending on the event, service fees are paid by the buyer or by the organizer. A free ticket never carries service fees.

My event is cancelled or postponed: what happens?
If an event is cancelled, your tickets are refunded by the organizer to the payment method used for the order. If it is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date; any refund options are shown on the event page and in the email sent to you.

Request a refund: your rights and the steps to take
A ticket for a leisure activity on a set date does not, in principle, carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, but this depends on the case and on the organizer's policy. A refund is due in particular in case of cancellation, double payment or technical error. You make the request from your order page; the contact form remains available if you run into difficulty.

Check entries with the ticket scanner
The access control tool reads QR codes with the phone's camera or accepts manual entry. Every scan is recorded: the first entry is accepted, a second one is refused, and a ticket from another event or a refunded ticket is rejected.

Invite your team and manage roles
You invite your collaborators by email and give them a role: owner, manager, ticketing manager, marketing manager or check-in agent. Each role sees only what it needs; a member can never access another organization's events.

Cancel or postpone an event (organizers)
If you cancel, you set the event to “Cancelled”: sales are closed and buyers are informed; you then refund orders from your space. If you postpone, you enter the new date and a message; tickets remain valid. Let your attendees know as early as possible.
