For organizers
Become an organizer on ShotEvents
Create your organizer account in six steps: type of organization, identity, public profile, contacts, verification and payment account with our provider. You can prepare a draft event as soon as you sign up, but sales only open once verification and the payment account are approved.
The six sign-up steps
- Choose your status: authorized individual, or company / association.
- Enter the organization's identity: name or company name, business identifier if applicable, country, billing address.
- Build your public profile: organizer name, page address, logo, cover image, category, description.
- Provide your contact details: account owner, support email, emergency contact during events.
- Complete identity verification and open the payment account, on our payment provider's hosted page.
- Wait for approval, then access your dashboard.
Start by creating your organizer account. If you don't have a personal account yet, one is created at the same time.
Why is verification needed?
Tickets are sold in your name: payment regulations require the seller to be identified. ID documents and bank details are entered with the payment provider; ShotEvents does not keep them beyond what is necessary.
During verification
Your profile shows “Verification in progress” and the list of missing items. You can already create a draft event, but you cannot sell tickets until verification and the payment account are approved.
