Understand your ticket prices and service fees
The total price is shown before payment: ticket prices, any service fees and the discount applied. Depending on the event, service fees are paid by the buyer or by the organizer. A free ticket never carries service fees.
What the total includes
- Ticket prices: set by the organizer, all taxes included.
- Service fees: they pay for the ticketing service (booking, secure payment, ticket issuing and checking). They are shown line by line in the summary.
- Discount: if you enter a valid promo code, the discount appears before payment.
Who pays the fees?
For each event, the organizer chooses whether service fees are added to the price paid by the buyer or covered by the organizer. In both cases, the amount to pay is known before you pay: no fees are added afterwards.
Free tickets
A free ticket carries no service fees. You still need to place an order to receive a personal QR code.
