For organizers

Check entries with the ticket scanner

The access control tool reads QR codes with the phone's camera or accepts manual entry. Every scan is recorded: the first entry is accepted, a second one is refused, and a ticket from another event or a refunded ticket is rejected.

Prepare the check

  • Invite your agents from the team area with the “Check-in agent” role: it only gives access to the check, not to sales or attendee data.
  • Each agent signs in with their own account on access control.
  • Test the camera and the network on site before doors open.

Scan results

  • Accepted: the ticket is valid and is marked as used.
  • Already used: “This ticket has already been used for this entry.” The history shows the time and the agent of the first entry.
  • Refused: ticket for another event, refunded, cancelled or unknown.

If the camera can't read

Use manual entry of the ticket code or search the attendee list. This is also the alternative for agents who can't use the camera.

After the event

The scan history remains available in the dashboard, including refused attempts, so you can handle disputes.
