Create an account, sign in and recover your access
A ShotEvents account brings together your tickets, your orders and your favourites. Create it with an email address you check regularly, confirm that address, then use “Forgot your password?” if you lose access.
Create an account
- Go to Sign up and enter your first name, last name, email address and a password.
- Confirm your address by following the link received by email.
- Choose your communication preferences: marketing emails are optional and separate from emails about your orders.
A strong password
Use a long, unique password, specific to ShotEvents. A password manager saves you from remembering several. The site rejects passwords that are too weak.
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot your password? page: a time-limited reset link is sent to your address.
Protect your account
- Never share your password, even with someone claiming to be from ShotEvents.
- Sign out on a shared device.
- From Security, you can close sessions that are open on other devices.
