Get paid: collection and payouts for organizers
Attendees' payments go through our payment provider, which pays you the sales proceeds into the bank account registered at activation, once verification is complete. The pricing terms and payout times are given to you before activation.
How the money flows
- The attendee pays online; the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
- Tickets are issued only after that confirmation.
- The sales proceeds, minus the agreed service fees and any refunds, are paid into your organization's bank account registered with the provider.
What you need to have done
- complete your organization's identity verification;
- register a bank account in your name or in the organization's name;
- accept the terms for activating sales, which set out the fees and payout times.
Track your finances
The Finances area of your dashboard shows sales, refunds, service fees and the amounts to be paid out. The amounts come from orders recorded on the server side: they are the same as those shown to attendees.
Service fees and VAT
Fees are set before sales are activated: we do not publish a general price list. The VAT regime that applies to your event depends on your status and on the nature of the event; get advice from your accountant if you are in doubt.
