How to pay for your order securely
Payment is made on a secure page run by our provider Stripe. ShotEvents neither receives nor keeps your card number. The available payment methods appear at the payment step; your bank may ask for confirmation (3-D Secure).
The steps
- Choose your tickets on the event page, then confirm: your tickets are held for a limited time, shown in your cart.
- Check the summary: ticket prices, any service fees and the total to pay. The total shown is the amount that will be charged.
- Go to payment: you are redirected to the payment provider's secure page.
- Confirm with your bank if it asks you to (banking app, code received by text message).
- You return to ShotEvents: your tickets are issued as soon as payment is confirmed.
Security
- Card details are entered with Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified, and are never stored by ShotEvents.
- The amount is calculated by our servers, not by your browser.
- No ticket is issued before payment is confirmed.
Frequently asked questions
- Are my tickets held while I pay?
- Yes, for the reservation time shown in your cart. After that, the tickets are put back on sale.
- Can I pay in instalments?
- Instalment payment is not offered. The available payment methods are shown at the payment step.
