Contact an event's organizer
For a question about an event's content (line-up, times, access, accessibility), contact the organizer: their contact details are on the event page and on their organizer page. For an order or payment issue, contact ShotEvents.
Who answers what?
- The organizer: line-up, times, venue, access and accessibility, minimum age, rules, cancellation or postponement, the event's refund policy.
- ShotEvents: access to your account, ticket not received, payment, duplicate order, QR code that doesn't display, reporting content.
Find the organizer's contact details
On the event page, the organizer section links to their public page. The event's contact email address is shown there when the organizer has provided one.
