It's all here

From the first idea to the last entry.

Eight tools designed to work together, all in one place.

  • Creation

A nine-step guided setup takes you from description to publication. Save at any time and pick up where you left off.

  • Ticketing

Multiple ticket types, capacity limits, sale dates and free tickets. A ticket can never be sold twice.

  • Secure payment

Payments are handled by an authorized payment provider. Tickets are only issued once payment is confirmed.

  • QR code scanning

Your staff check entries with a phone. The first scan is accepted, any later one is refused.

  • Statistics

Sales, fill rate and entries for each event, based on recorded orders, not estimates.

  • Contacts

Stay in touch with attendees who agreed to be contacted again.

  • Promotions

Percentage or fixed-amount discount codes, limited in time and quantity.

  • Support

A help centre, a contact form with tracking, and dedicated contacts for sensitive cases: cancellation, dispute, refund.

Access control

One ticket. One entry.

Each ticket carries a unique QR code with no personal data. Your staff scan with a phone: validation is decided by our servers, never by the device.

  • First scan accepted, second refused.
  • Refunded or for another event: rejected.
  • Manual entry if the camera can't read it.

Pricing

Pricing shared before activation.

No one-size-fits-all rate card: the terms that apply to your organization are presented to you before you open sales.

Clear from the start

Service fees are disclosed to you, and accepted by you, before sales open.

You choose who pays

For each event, fees are either added to the price the buyer pays or absorbed by you.

No surprises for the buyer

The total is shown before payment. A free ticket carries no service fees.

Three steps to start selling.

  1. Create your account

Enter your organization's details and your public profile. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Get your account verified

Identity verification and payment account setup take place on our provider's hosted page.

  3. Publish and sell

As soon as you are verified, open sales. You can prepare your event as a draft before then.

Organizer questions.

How much does ShotEvents cost?

Pricing terms are shared with you before sales are activated. They are also shown to the buyer, with no surprises, before payment. A free ticket carries no service fees.

Who can organize an event?

An authorized individual, a company or an association, subject to the identity verification required by regulation and by our payment provider.

When can I start selling?

Once your account is verified and your payment account is open. Until then, you can create and prepare your events as drafts.

How do I get paid?

The proceeds of your sales, minus the agreed service fees and refunds, are paid into the bank account registered with our payment provider. Payout timelines are shared with you before activation.

Who decides who pays the service fees?

You do. For each event, fees are added to the price paid by the buyer or covered by you. The total is always shown before payment.

What equipment do I need to check entries?

A phone with a camera is enough. If the camera can't read a code, manual entry and the attendee list take over.

What happens if I cancel my event?

You set the event to cancelled: sales close, buyers are informed and tickets are refunded. Refunds are deducted from your payouts.

What happens to my attendees' data?

You can access it to organize your event and check entries. You remain responsible for how it is used: no marketing without consent. Details are in our privacy policy.

A question before you start?

Tell us about your event: we reply by email, with a tracking reference.

By creating an organizer account, you accept the provisions for organizers in the terms of use.
