Report a suspicious event or content

You can report a misleading event, illegal content or an attempted fraud. A report is reviewed by the ShotEvents team, who may ask the organizer for details, suspend sales or remove the content.

What you can report

  • an event that doesn't match its description or seems fictitious;
  • content that is illegal, hateful, misleading or infringes your rights (image, brand, text);
  • tickets resold on a third-party platform claiming to be ShotEvents;
  • a message impersonating ShotEvents (phishing).

How to report

On the event page, open “Report this event” (in the “Share and contact” section), choose a reason and describe the problem. You can also write to us using the contact form, giving the address of the page concerned and the reason.

What happens next

We review the report, may ask the organizer for supporting documents and take proportionate measures: warning, suspension of sales, removal of the event. We let you know the outcome if you have left us an email address. For manifestly illegal content, the notification procedure provided for by the French law on trust in the digital economy is described in the legal notice.
